• Early Learning Academies - Session Two

The Early Learning Academies are a FREE unique opportunity to learn from early childhood professionals in three webinar sessions and receive FREE early learning resources and materials to support the growth and development of children from birth through age five. Anyone who works with children from 0 - 5 is encouraged to attend. WEBINAR SESSION TWO: Understanding Trauma and Its Impact on Early Learning Saturday | October 10, 2020 9 – 11 AM PDT | 10 AM – noon MDT >> Examine the impact of trauma on human development. Learn how to use a strengths-based lens to promote positive outcomes for young children. >> Explore the concept of HOPE (Health Outcomes from Positive >> Experiences) and ways to support children’s healthy growth and development. The Early Learning Academies are made possible by the Idaho Association for the Education of Young Children, the IdahoSTARS Project, Idaho Children's Trust Fund, Lakeshore Learning, and Lee Pesky Learning Center. Professional Development Certificates will be available to all attendees at the conclusion of each webinar session.
