    Primary Responsibilities

    1. Customer Satisfaction

      1. Compile and resolve punch list items.

      2. May assist or perform final walk-through with customer.

      3. Secure a signed Completion of Completion and Certificate of Satisfaction from customer. 

    2. Customer Communication

      1. May attend pre-construction meeting with customer.

      2. Provide project updates (daily narrative) to Construction Coordinator in electronic format

      3. As requested, communicate information to customer and in turn update Construction Coordinator with all responses 

    3. Construction Management

      1. Schedule project with Construction Manager/Construction Coordinator

      2. Perform construction services as required.

      3. Assist with managing subcontractors and material suppliers.

      4. Pick up and deliver material supplies and/or manage material deliveries.

      5. Ensure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work.

      6. Document all project activities including photos, job diary, and signing documents using the ManageIT Mobile app.

      7. Assist in managing and producing change orders. 

    4. Subcontractor/Resource Provider Management

      1. Maintain quality standards through site inspections.

      2. Provide evaluation and rating of all vendors and subcontractors.

      3. Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions as required.

    5. Cost Control and Schedule Adherence

      1. Ensure material suppliers deliver exactly what was purchased.

      2. Assist in confirming the budget is reasonable and adequate.

      3. Perform construction services within budget.

      4. Help Ensure subcontractors complete all work in accordance with their purchase orders.

      5. Validate schedule and progress with Construction Coordinator.

      6. Identify areas outside of contracted scope of work.

    Necessary Experience and Skill Set

    • Superb customer service track record

    • Basic written and oral communication

    • Basic math skills

    • Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred


    Formal Education/Training

    • High school diploma/GED 


    Physical and Work Environment Requirements

    Walking and/or standing throughout the day. Frequent driving and sitting. Performing construction services such as drywall, trim, paint, punchout, etc., which may include climbing ladders. The employee is exposed to extreme conditions such as heat and loud jobsites.
     

    Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements 

    This is a full-time position, working 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week. This position may require long hours, working on-call, and weekend work. Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary $20 - $25 an hour
