• Camp Kaniksu: A Camp for Grieving Youth

All youth grieving the death of someone close to them are invited to join Hospice of North Idaho grief counselors and trained community volunteers in this 3-day, 2-night event. Camp Kaniksu provides a safe, supportive environment where campers are surrounded by peers who share a similar experience. Typical camp activities, paired with grief focused activities, help campers address their feelings of grief and learn that having fun is a part of healing.
